First contact with the Account Manager

The course of the first meeting depends on your individual needs. However, it is worth remembering, that at this stage we can distinguish certain common features which include:

  • familiarizing with the BPC service,
  • presentation of the cooperation possibilities,
  • setting your priorities,
  • describing the system and rules of cooperation.

The first meeting with our Account Manager allows you to outline your general situation (it does not involve any additional costs).

Situation analysis

The key in the initial stage of the relationship with the client is to analyze his situation and needs. This part is taken care of by the BPC Account Manager.

The situation analysis is based on the following scenario:

  • identification of needs,
  • verification of the costs incurred,
  • analysis of the budget management efficiency,
  • audit of Client's documents,
  • discussing the initial possibilities for BPC support.

Creating the individual strategy

After analysing the situation, the Account manager prepares possible solutions tailored to your business and individual needs. They must be consulted in advance with BPC specialists.

The process of preparing an individual strategy:
  • obtaining information from the Customer,
  • consultation with specialists,
  • preparation of the strategy.
Basic aspects to be taken into an account when creating a plan:
  • security,
  • simulation of implementation with regard to the time of operation,
  • measurable benefits.

PRESENTATION OF THE SOLUTIONS

After developing the strategy, in cooperation with Business Partners Club specialists, the Supervisor presents you with available solutions. Based on this information, you decide to entrust to us the implementation of the tasks set out in the action plan.

Saving the Client's time by taking over the so-called administrative duties.

Increasing the security of the private and corporate areas, e. g. by separating them effectively.
