Career as anAccount Manager

The Account Manager at BPC is characterized by wide knowledge in substantive areas, supported by specialists from particular Business Partners Club departments. It allows to work out a communication scheme: the client directs his / her problems to the Account Manager who works with the specialists on the solution. The Manager is the first person to contact the client.

There are two career paths possible:

  • individual, characterized by professional customer service,
  • managerial, characterized by the conduct and development of a team of Account Managers.

Career as a Specialist

There are several paths to success. Most often co-workers decide to run their own company under the name of BPC. This way, they create a business from the beginningwith their skills and knowledge, but based on a proven model. Career development is unlimited and the results are only dependent on the willingness and invested time.

The biggest concern for specialist is obtaining new orders or maintaining financial liquidity. We, at BPC do not have such problems because of the group's strength and the developed business model.
